SafeLogs and Jet Innovative Media LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• User error, negligence, or misuse of the App, including but not limited to incorrect data entry, failure to follow health department regulations, or improper use of the App’s features.

• Any failure to meet health department requirements, inspections, or compliance standards, as the responsibility for compliance rests solely with the user.

• Loss of data, device malfunctions, or interruptions in service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to hardware failures, software bugs, or network issues.

2. User Responsibility

By using SafeLogs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and proper management of all data entered into the App, including temperature logs, checklists, cooling logs, and any other records.

• SafeLogs and Jet Innovative Media LLC are not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to properly use the App, including but not limited to violations of health department regulations, food safety issues, or legal penalties.

The information provided by SafeLogs, including alerts and compliance tracking features, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the App aligns with all applicable health department regulations, food safety standards, and legal requirements.
